What's the minimum order quantity?
For custom Heralds, the minimum order is 20 units, including device, design, video upload, logistics and shipping.
Can I customize the content myself?
Yes. If you already have a design team that knows your brand identity and concept well, we share a template so they can design it themselves. They can even upload the videos on their own once the device is delivered, using a USB cable we include with it.
Where is Herald based?
We're based in San Francisco, California, but we can deliver your devices anywhere in the world.
How long does production take?
Production takes 13 to 15 days once you approve the artwork and video.
What size are the device and screen?
The device is A5 size (5.8 × 8.3 in) with a 7-inch HD screen.
How many videos can I include?
You can include up to 5 videos in a single Herald, with buttons to navigate between them.
